MVP Athletic Club

As Rockford, Michigan's premier fitness center, MVP Athletic Club is the home of a world-class athletic club, personal training, group exercise, and sports programs. We offer a diverse group exercise schedule from yoga to Zumba. We have an indoor aquatic and tennis center, Parisi Speed School at MVP and a 1/10 mile running track.
